Application maintenance

Application maintenance is an engineering service we provide to support and maintain applications we have built. We ensure the highest level of availability and performance and ensure that issues are resolved quickly and with the minimum of fuss. We normally include a provision for small functional updates to the application to users to drive continual improvement and reduce administration to the minimum.

The process is quite simple and involves setup, run and review steps. We support applications either with or without collaboration from the enterprises own user help desk and support teams and typically handle third level support to manage BPM Suite providers.
