BPM platform support

BPM platform support is an ongoing engineering and support service we provide to ensure the highest availability, performance and usability of a BPM Platform. This service can be provided during working hours, working hours plus picket duty for busy periods or 24x365. We also provide question and answer support for developers.

The process includes two phases: the setup phase and execution phase. We work with the owner of the BPM Platform and the BPM Suite vendor to define the Service Level Agreement. During service provision the BPM Platform owner has a single point of contact.
