BPM Suite selection

BPM Suite selection is a consultancy service we provide to support your enterprise in the selection of a BPM Suite. BPM Suites represent a large investment that has high vendor lock-in. There are many solutions on the market.

The process includes seven steps and typically extends over a few weeks. We work with key members of your organisation using an extended COTS (from Carnegie Mellon) process. The outcome is a clear strategy based on scientific method. We ensure buy-in from all key stakeholders from both business and technology.
