Business architecture

Business architecture is a consultancy service we provide to define and plan a programme to structure a selected business area for continual process improvement. The business area may be of limited scope - for example the tax department - or across the entire enterprise.

The process includes five steps and typically extends over a number of weeks. We work with key members of your organisation using a number of tried and tested templates to build detailed ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ views of the business area in question. Together we ensure strategic alignment of the programme and consensus at senior management level and across the organisation.
