After several years of fruitful co-operation within Swiss Re: the world's largest reinsurance company, Daniel Seiler and I seized the opportunity to step outside and form Processwide in 2006. We made the observation that being able to make sustainable improvements to business processes consistently, reliably and in a timely way is a rare skill. The goal of the venture then is to build on our experience and successes, and replicate them throughout the financial services and related industry in our geography.
