Process landscape analysis and mapping

Process mapping is a consultancy service we provide to build a high level map of a business area.

The process includes five steps: one setup step, three modelling steps and one optional improvement step. The effort needed very much depends on the scope of the business area in question. Whilst we have the necessary analysis skills we depend heavily on the business experts for the in-depth process views. We produce the models using tried and tested templates and models. Together we ensure strategic alignment of the programme and consensus at senior management level and across the organisation.
